We offer competitive monthly short term rental rates, but the prices DO NOT include, Wifi, electric and water bills. We do not charge a deposit on reservation or check in, but we will send you the meter readings on your check out day for the pro-rated utility costs.
For weekly and discounted daily rentals, we cover electricity costs up to 200 per day. These limits allow us to offer the reduced rates. Please note that we operate differently from hotels and do not have centralized air conditioning.
We provide WiFi for your convenience, but please note that it is available only through Smart Bro Wifi Router with a prepaid package only (please inquire for more info).
